The master plan will help Kingwood and KSA:

  • Optimize the use of land at Deer Ridge, River Grove and North Park to relieve overcrowding
  • Guide future development and upgrades
  • Accommodate emerging community needs and the next generation of Kingwood residents
  • Improve park aesthetics
  • Keep Kingwood a showcase community
