  Master Plan: Restrooms and Concession Stands
 

For durability and ease of maintenance, Knudson recommends CMU (cement-masonry units, aka cinder-block). Metal roofing will make maintenance easier. It also lasts longer than any other type of roof in this climate.

Fixtures in the restrooms would be “prison-grade” to make them vandal resistant.
